DanceFit is one hour of fun dance to increase fitness, strength and joy happening twice a month in Brighton! With an easy and encouraging structure from gentle warm-up to high energy dance, to stretching into relaxation this class is open to all. It’s not about what it looks like, no steps to learn just fun and encouragement to expand your capacity to dance and feel more alive. Dance to your max’ or slow down if you need to. Dance is any easy and fun way to exercise and is growing as a uplifting exercise practice. Do you want to look and feel great? Come to DanceFit – you’ll be happy you did.

Thursdays at Anahata Health 1st and 3rd Thursday each month. Only £7, come with a friend and it’s just £5 each! Please arrive five minutes before the start.
